We design different equipment that passes materials with biodecontamination technology:

• AS-TUNNEL: Equipment aimed at carrying out dust removal and disinfection processes through UV light in a clean, fast and residue-free manner. Thanks to the fans fitted to the equipment and the high induction nozzles, dust removal is carried out with great efficiency and the dust is collected in the equipment’s filters.
• AS-LIFTED: Automatic Material Transfer System (SAS) by lifting large volumes (Big-Bags) through an air tunnel for cleaning and disinfection using ultraviolet light.
• AS-PALLET: Ideal equipment for the passage of pallets, from a basic hygiene zone to a medium hygiene zone. The equipment includes infeed and outfeed roller conveyor. The air shower is generated with EC fans and an internal system of high induction nozzles made of POM.
• SAS-Air Shower-UV: The direct action of filtered air for dust removal and 360º of UV-C light ensures safe and continuous transfer between zones of different classifications. The UV air tunnel is designed to comply with
