Description
The PBOX H2O2 is a biological containment unit designed for airtight material transfer between cleanrooms. Its cold hydrogen peroxide vapor technology provides optimal surface biodecontamination of up to 6 log, reducing the risk of contamination. It features inflatable door gaskets to achieve perfect airtightness and prevent any risk of peroxide leakage.
The unit, built with an AISI 316 chamber, features a continuous airflow system with HEPA H-14 filtration ensuring vertical sweeping. Dampers for efficient management of internal pressure gradients.
Simultaneously, the temperature, humidity, VHP ppm concentration, and saturation ratio are controlled within the chamber.
The unit incorporates an integrated cold vaporized hydrogen peroxide (CVHP) generator, including a 1,000 ml H₂O₂ reservoir with a dosing pump.
It generates vapor at room temperature and offers broad compatibility with materials in the treatment area. This is because its advanced sensors and control software prevent vapor saturation, which can cause condensation and harmful residues.

To ensure maximum repeatability, safety, and efficacy of the disinfection process, the system monitors and controls the following critical variables inside the chamber in real-time and digitally: internal pressure, temperature, relative humidity, peroxide concentration (ppm), and VHP saturation level.
How is the vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) generated, and how is it injected into the equipment's chamber?
The PBOX H2O2 incorporates a 1,500 ml peroxide safety tank with smart level control in its lower technical area. Utilizing a cold nebulization system backed by high-precision metering pumps, the peroxide is injected and homogeneously distributed into the chamber through six diffusion nozzles (strategically arranged with three on each side).
How are the airtightness and hermeticity of the chamber guaranteed during the VHP nebulization process?
Airtightness is ensured through a flush-mounted door system equipped with inflatable seals. Additionally, the equipment features airtight shut-off dampers on both the supply and exhaust of filtered air.
