Innovation and Technical Specialization
The intervention focused on creating a highly specialized production environment for the manufacturing of solid dosage forms. The infrastructure was designed to be multi-product, providing the necessary flexibility for current production processes, including the handling of High Potency Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (HPAPI) under international safety and containment regulations.
Technical Project Specifications
To ensure operational excellence and process integrity, the facility features the following technical capabilities:
- Cleanroom Surface Area: Execution of over 1,000 m2 of cleanrooms, optimizing construction timelines to meet the milestone in less than 10 months.
- High-Precision Air Management (HVAC): Supply and installation of a specialized climate control system capable of treating airflows of over 50,000 m3/h. This system includes comprehensive electrical power control, pressure probes, and latest-generation relative humidity (RH) sensors.
- Advanced Interior Architecture: Comprehensive implementation of vertical panels, technical ceilings, lighting, windows, and specialized furniture for changing room areas.
- Control and Security via SCADA: A distinguishing feature of this project is the door interlocking system, integrated and controlled directly by the HVAC SCADA, ensuring the integrity of pressure cascades and the safety of both the product and the operator.
