The policies dedicated to combating climate change are solidly internalized in the companies of our group. We encourage all the people who make up Albian Group to adopt sustainable practices and to inform themselves about this area, to adopt respectful attitudes with the environment not only in their workplace but also in their personal life. In line with this, recycling is a seriously encouraged practice in our offices and factory, where there are always recycling bins for different materials, available to all employees. Small gestures in the day to day, which undoubtedly add up to a lot.

In addition, we promote a fair use of energy resources in our facilities. We use efficient heating and cooling technology, adjusting the thermostat properly during winter and summer time.

In the same way, we advocate for the defense of gender equality and the empowerment of women at any organizational level. With this objective in mind, we carry out an equality policy and, in the organization, no one is discriminated against on the basis of sex or race. Likewise, all the people of the Albian team, as Spanish citizens, have guaranteed access to medical care.

These actions that we have mentioned, among many others, are important, because if we all make an effort to adopt them, they will allow us to live in a better world by 2030. It is in our hands to fight for equality among people, the protection of our planet and prosperity. If we all make a joint effort, we can achieve it.
