AIR SHOWER
Air shower for people. Self-supporting equipment, specially designed for maximum removal of dust particles and contaminating products on the person, at the entrance or exit to highly classified areas. The self-supporting solution allows an easy installation in Cleanroom environments. Equipped with a Siemens PLC control system, it allows the configuration of a validable air shower cycle. Maximum particle retention through HEPA filter.
Available in several sizes and different configurations in order to fit the needs of each installation.
Description
- Made with steel structure.
- Standard finishes in white lacquered sheet steel and optionally, AISI 304 stainless steel finish.
- Tempered glass doors.
- Internal lighting with LED technology.
- Ventilation system with high efficiency EC fans.
- HEPA filter cell, H-14 effectiveness.
- Long-reach spherical and orientable high induction nozzles made of aluminium.
- Flush finishes inside and out.
- Return grille at the bottom of the same material as the shower’s interior finishes, with built-in pre-filter, F-6 effectiveness.
- Interior illuminated indication to identify cycle status.
- Configuration screen and Siemens PLC.
